I am an experienced bi-lingual (English/Spanish)/bi-cultural Psychologist and focus on providing individual therapy and group therapy exclusively to women. For the past 20+ years I have worked with individuals who have been exposed to traumatic experiences that can lead to depression, anxiety, Post-traumatic Stress Disorder, and attachment disorders, as well as individuals who are interested in self-exploration and growth.
Collaboration between a client and therapist is the essential link in my approach to therapy. That means we will work together to find resolutions to your problems. I bring my compassion, insight, training and expertise. You bring a thirst to know and understand yourself better and a desire to explore new ways to work through your problems. Together, we can find ways for you to recover from past traumas or current life situations that are causing you distress.
